Returns Policy

In the event you make a purchase online in error. We will refund your item up to 14 days from the original date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. 

In the event you wish to make a return, please email us at admin@drinknippers.com.au. 

Shipping charges

You are responsible for paying the return costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to our premises.

When your return is received by Nippers, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will then process your refund back onto the same card you paid with. Refund may take up to 2 business days. 

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please email us immediately for assistance at admin@drinknippers.com.au. 

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.
